Yes and no, it depends on the purpose that is given or who consumes it. Medical marijuana is legal<\/b> in this state, but not recreational<\/b>,so it can only legally use cannabis users who are registered with the state medical program.<\/p>\n

In 2016, the medical marijuana control program was agreed, which regulates access to therapeutic cannabis<\/b> for qualified patients with the recommendation of a doctor. Recreational consumers will have to wait a little longer to buy, grow, or consume weed without legal hassle in Ohio.<\/p>\n

However, cannabis products cannot be smoked<\/b>, and although in principle vaporization would not be allowed either, it seems that for now it is tolerated. It is forbidden to make cannabis extractions at home, and many products are designed for cannabis to be consumed orally or externally.<\/p>\n
